Important plan rules

  • Packages must fit inside a standard car trunk by length and width.
  • Packages are stored for up to 5 days after notification.
  • Packages held after 5 days are billed at $5/day per package.
  • Packages are not forwarded internationally.
  • U.S. letter sending is available on eligible plans.
  • Magazines count toward package allowance unless Magazine Handling Add-On is active.
  • Residential Address Add-On is available only with Premium and Household memberships.
  • Check Scan Service is scan-only; ExpatPostal does not deposit, endorse, cash, or process checks.

Coworking Basic and Coworking Platinum Delivery Upgrade options are available for approved coworking partner locations and may be selected during onboarding where eligible.

Members with package access may use their ExpatPostal U.S. mailing address to receive eligible Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and other U.S. retailer packages, subject to plan limits and package rules.

Does ExpatPostal ship packages internationally?

No. ExpatPostal does not provide international package forwarding. Eligible packages are handled according to the member's pickup, storage, or approved coworking delivery options.

What is Check Scan Service?

Eligible members may request a secure scan of the front and back of a received check for use with their own financial institution. ExpatPostal does not deposit, endorse, cash, negotiate, process, or guarantee acceptance of checks.
